First of all, let me assure you, your memories are safe in our hands. We know how important photographs are to a family’s history and we promise to treat any item you send us as if it were our own treasure.

Second, let me tell you a little about who we are and why we started this business. My name is Teresa Hale and I am the owner of Photo eMotion. As a teenager, I developed a love for photography, but life came along and forced me to take a different path. After many years of working in fields far removed from the creativity of photography, I decided it was time to start looking for a way to go back to that passion. While researching possible business opportunities, I stumbled across the idea of pictorial montages on DVD. After creating a few shows for my family’s personal use, I discovered I really enjoyed the creative process of matching just the right music, captions and transitions with photographs and video to create a moving and emotional montage. The icing on the cake was when different family members were moved to tears while viewing the shows. So, I did a little more research, started putting the business idea together, and with the help of my husband, Paul, we started Photo eMotion in 2005.

In 2006, we launched the photoemotion.net website with hopes to expand our business beyond the Austin area.
